ATHAER just commissioned a leveling and cut to length line in Mexico. The installation processes Stainless Steel and Aluminum coils of 1525 mm width, 12 T in weight, thickness 0,2 to 3,43 mm at a maximum speed of 50 mts./min.
ATHADER recently installed a fully automated Sheet strapping and packing installation, which is integrated in a Leveltek-Bradbury Stretch-Leveling Line. The line Packages and Straps bundles of 1550 mm width steel sheets up to 12.000 mm in length making bundles up to 2 x 20 Ton in weight.

ATHADER, has just finish the start-up, in an important Mexican Steel Service Center, of a Cut-To-Length Line to process Hot-Rolled Steel Coils of 2500mm wide, thicknesses from 1,5mm up to 19mm, with a Coil weight of 35Tn at a processing maximum speed of 100mts/min.
A Combined Line was recently shipped to a Company specialized in the manufacture of Metal structures located in Panama. It will process Coils of 1850mm wide and able to cut up to 6mm. thickness.
