Athader just installed the first Coil Processing line with a Bradbury e-Drive leveller in Spain. The CTL-1600×3 (63” x 0.120”) Cut to Length and levelling line including the most advanced Roller Levelling Technology, producing “laser” quality flat sheets.

Once again, BlueScope has trusted our Company to build their new Coil Processing Facility. A new slit coil processing project marks the first stage of the revitalization of previously redundant facilities in the Port Kembla steelworks.
Canadian company NOVA STEEL purchased two high production slitting lines for two of their service centers. The line for the LaSalle (Montreal) plant is in full production since January 2018.

Recently, the Commissioning of a High Production Rotary and Leveling Cut-to-Length Line in a Service Center located in Sydney was successfully finished.
The Sheet Packaging line installed in BLUESCOPE AUSTRALIA’s Plant in Port Kembla and now in operation, comprises Dunnage Robotic feeder, Buffer tables, Packaging station, automatic TIG welding Strapping unit, Labelling and a Gantry for stacking lifting the sheet bundles.
