Athader delivers the first high production Cut to Length line with Stretch levelling for the production of blanks starting from Hot rolled 30 Ton Coils, 1850 mm width and up to 6 mm thickness. The Stretch leveller was manufactured by our partner, LEVELTEK International.

ATHADER installed in Poland a Cut to length line for the production of blanks. It processes Stainless Steel coils up to 2.000 mm width and thickness 1 to 10 mm using a cartridge 6 high leveler. The line includes a flattener, Edge trimmer and scrap chopper, film applicator and double station stacker for blanks up to 14 meter length.
ATHADER participates in the BLECHEXPO 2019 in Stuttgart (Germany), which will be held November 5th to 8th.
Athader delivered a new Slitting line to a service center in the UK . This line processes 1650 x 6 mm coils. It includes double loop cart, automatic changing of the Slitting head tooling, Portal tooling Robot and automatic positioning of the separators, both manufactured by NLT.
ATHADER signed a contract for the supply, manufacturing and installation of a recoiling line, a Slitting line and an automated and robotized packaging line (the introduction of pallets and dunnage are done by a robot).
ATHADER installs in Spain a combined line of cut to length and slitting for the production ofblanks and strips of Aluminum and cold-rolled steel, galvanized and prepainted steel.
A New High-strength Slitting Line, will be installed in Bailey’s new manufacturing facility in Surrey, British Columbia, In 2019.
November 2018 – Athader and Samuel Nelson Technology are pleased to announce a new Strategic Bidding Agreement. Both parties will jointly market and sell push-pull, semi-continuous and continuous pickling lines on a global basis, excluding North America.
