New contracts in the first quarter of 2021
Athader wants to thank customers, suppliers, employees, partners, sales team and collaborators for their trust, work and effort during this year of pandemic.
Thanks to this effort, the first quarter of 2021 Athader has obtained several important orders, that are the result of the trust placed by our customers, who value the service, technology, solutions, robustness and quality of the equipment they previously acquired.
Remote start-up of coil processing lines in Mexico, USA, Chile, Ecuador, Argentina, Australia and Canada due to the COVID-19 pandemic
2019 was a record in the number of coil processing lines signed by ATHADER, with the number of projects achieved in recent years continuing on an upward trajectory. The equipment was delivered to our customers on time, but the COVID-19 pandemic declared in March 2020 forced us and our customers to reschedule the start-up of the lines.
The cut to length line with Stretch leveler, CTL-1800×6 supplied together with LEVELTEK at BLUESCOPE Port Kemba, Australia, goes into production.
The high production stretch leveling Cut to length line supplied together with Leveltek International, has been in production since the month of June 2020. This line is designed for the production of formats starting from hot rolled steel coils weighing 30 tons, 1850 mm wide and up to 6 mm thick.
Commissioning of Heavy gauge slitting line SL-1650×12 for high tensile strength with automatic packaging line in GUTSER Service Center (Barcelona)
This slitting line enables GUTSER to supply the market with high tensile strength steel strips up to 12 mm thick. The line includes a flexible coil station, continuous measuring of the thickness, automatic blade change, mobile tension stand, as well as an automatic packaging line for the finished coils.
Athader and Leveltek sign a strategic agreement for the supply of Cut to Length lines with Stretch levelling
Athader has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the US company Leveltek International for the worldwide supply of stretch leveling Cut to length lines after being awarded a contract by a well-known European service center for a line of this type. This will be the third installation of this type that ATHADER-LEVELTEK-BRADBURY install in the world.
