New delegation for Athader’s customer service in North America

Athader will have a new delegation in North America, with the addition of Thomas Hofstetter to its Customer Service and Sales Support team in the area.
Athader focuses on productivity, maximum efficiency of its equipment and customer service.

The Customer Service department in the U.S.A. is located at the Bradbury Group factory in Moundrige, Kansas and comprises a stock of spare parts, warehouse, and the capacities of the factory to carry out repairs.
The department’s team accompanies its customers with technical training, critical spare parts supplies, software updates, improvements, operation and troubleshooting of lines installed in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Hofstetter brings five years of equipment testing and assembly experience to the U.S. Navy and four years as an expert in facility maintenance aboard aircraft carriers. He joins Athader’s North American team working with Steve Baker (sales manager at Athader); Eduardo Maldonado (Mexico Sales Manager); Jim Sugars (sales leader in the coil processing line industry) and Jason Bartel (Technical Sales Engineer). He will also work closely with Athader’s service in Spain and Bradbury’s service in the United States.
