Athader is pleased to announce that a High Production Cut to Length Line is now in production at a major service center located in Barcelona. This line features technology capable of making cuts in material up to 1550 millimeters wide and from 1.5 to 6 millimeters thickness. This cross-cutting line includes the latest technology such as an Athader precision leveler, a flying shear capable of making cuts at 40 meters per minute, an automatic stacker with an automatic pallet inserter that reduces downtime, and an exit weighing system that allows for package monitoring.
