On 10/02/2026, Oscacer welcomed a visit from Athader management to mark the commissioning of a modern automated slitting line.
During the testing day, it was inspect the high performance and high level of automation of this technology, designed to optimize Oscacer’s production capacity, enabling the company to offer a quick service to its customers.
What makes this new Athader slitting line special?
High efficiency and productivity: Automatic coil loading, quick threading and automatic tooling change, automatic separator positioning, mobile tensioner, and state-of-the-art circumferential strapping system.
Safety and packaging: Also featuring an automatic packing line with weighing, magnetic stacker, transfer cars, wrapping machine, and final storage. All of it is automated and includes a tracking system.
With this addition, Oscacer reaffirms its commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, positioning itself as a leading Service Centre thanks to the innovative technological advances provided by Athader.
