Automatic positioning separator disc in tensioner/double loop/recoiler
ATHADER has develop the automatic positioning separator discs for Slitting Lines.
This system can be installed in:

- Double loop.
- Tensioner.
- Recoiler.
Allowing a minimum setup time to change the position of the separator disc on each individual coil slitted.
Automatic positioning includes:

- CNC system to control the position of each disc.
- Pneumatic expansion shaft for locking the position of the discs.
- Shaker system to help the introduction of the strips into each separator disc.
- Lower inertia of the discs during processing.
Thaks to this system, the time of new positioning of the discs is less than 4 minutes.
