1. Rotary shear
High speed rotary shear is designed for cutting the strip in formats at programmed lengths without stopping the strip.
Designed with double eccentric drive (upper and lower blade holder). The movement of both eccentrics / blade holders is synchronized and equipped with sliding reaction arms on roller guides.

2. Flying shear
The Flying Shear is designed to cut the strip in formats at programmed lengths without stopping the strip.
The flying shear is synchronized with the length encoder to produce accurate length sheets. The shear will accelerate to match strip speed and once it reaches the correct sheet length will cut the strip and return to the start position to repeat the process.
Advantage:
- High production in all lengths above 1,500mm.
- Feeding and cutting without contact with the sheet.
- Automatic regulation of GAP.
- Quick change of blades.

2. Flying shear
The Flying Shear is designed to cut the strip in formats at programmed lengths without stopping the strip.
The flying shear is synchronized with the length encoder to produce accurate length sheets. The shear will accelerate to match strip speed and once it reached the correct sheet length will cut the strip and return to the start position and repeat the process.

3. Direct-Drive Shear
The Direct-Drive Shear performs the up / down cut, driving the upper blade holder directly by means of a C.A. motor. electronically controlled.
The cutting system is type “start-stop”, by means of an accumulation pit and feeder rollers.
